• for the following services the Activity Clinician is the ordering physician: all types of rehabilitation therapy (includes physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy and dietician services), shockwave therapy, haemodialysis, light therapy & photo-therapy, electro-cautery, labs, x-rays, prescriptions, other tests, such as EEG, Sleep lab & Nerve conduction Studies, Audiometry (effective until ActivityOrderingClinician element is implemented)
• the Activity Clinician is the attending consultant physician at the time of discharge of the patient from the hospital if the Activity is an inpatient Service Code or DRG
